Minimum Qualification for UPERC Position

Individuals who have persuaded Engineering or any degree in law are eligible to apply for the UPERC Position

Experience Needed

Those who desire to apply for UPERC Position must hold minimum 2 years of beforehand experience in the field of electricity and Legal Matters.

Age Limitations on Assistant Director Position

Applicants who are aged between 25 to 35 years are eligible to apply for the Assistant Director Position. The age will be computed as on 1st January 2016. Age Relaxation can be granted upto 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ ST and 10 years for PWD category as per government norms.

Selection Process

Pay Scale and Salary

The well-suited personnel would be recruited at the office of Electricity Ombudsman, Uttar Pradesh. During this tenure, the UPERC Appointees will receive salary as per the pay scale of Rs.15600 to 39100/- pm with the grade pay of Rs.5400/-.
