TNTET Results 2017: The TET Exam took place on the month of April2017 and many young post graduates appeared for this exam. This exam was conducted especially for engaging suitable aspirants below prmary and middle school teacher posts. Now, the Board has released the much waited TNTET Results 2017 on their official website. Comparing to the last year, this time the performance of the participants has improved a lot. Thousands of Degree holders appeared for the TET Exam. Hardly, after one month the results has been published by the Board. TNTET Results 2017

Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) is the legal authority which conducts examination for selecting suitable staffs for various teaching posts. This year, there were lots of vacancies available below teacher posts.

One month before, many aspirants took part in the examination and most of them did their exams well. This time the competitions for TRB exam are really high and obviously the cut-off marks will also be more. The written test was conducted on OMR sheet for duration of three hours time.

Those who appeared for this exam eagerly waited for the TNTET Results 2017 for almost one month. However, the board has released the results very earlier comparing to the previous time. Along with the results, the roll number of aspirants who are shortlisted for certificate verification will also be mentioned on the list.

TRB PG Exam Notification: The exam notification was released on the month of May 2017 and many master degree holders who were not above 57 years applied in response to this notification. More than 1500 vacancies were available below Post Graduate assistant and Physical Educational director post. Some of the details about the TRB exam are listed in the below section.

Section Wise Marks and Result: The question paper was set for a total of 150 marks. This examination took place on pen and paper mode in which the participants have to shade their answers on the provided OMR sheet. Each question carried one mark and the examination took place for three hours duration.

About 110 marks were allotted for their main subject, 30 marks for educational methodology and 10 marks for General Knowledge. The exam took place in single session i.e. between 10.00 Am to 1.00 PM. We have mentioned the exam pattern clearly in the below table.

TRB PG Selection Process 2017

With reference to the details mentioned by the individuals in the application form, only the deserving candidates will be invited for the written exam. Hall tickets for this examination will be issued on the official site.

Candidates who are securing the minimum cut-off marks set by the board would be asked to appear for the Certificate verification. The name list of the shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the official site along with the marks obtained by them in the test. After this verification process, the final merit list will be drawn out.

Previous Year Cut-off Marks: As the competition has risen comparing to the last year, the cut-off marks for this exam will also be very high. Last year, the highest mark was around 112 out of 150 marks.

So this time we can assume that the cutoff mark will be more than 120. But the minimum cut-off marks set for this exam will be 95. In the below table we are going to see the previous year communal wise cut-off mark for PG exam.

How to View TNTET Results 2017

Those who have appeared for the TET exam can check their result by visiting the official portal of TRB. Candidates who were eagerly expecting for the exam results for a long time can finally check their marks obtained in the exam. When releasing the results, the board also encloses the roll number of aspirants who have been qualified for document verification.

You can view your results by logging on to the official portal of TRB and then click on the concerned exam link and a drop down list will appear. Now, choose the Exam result and CV details link and you will be moved to a new page. on the next page hit on the provisional list of candidates link and then check your results by clicking on your respective subject name i.e. Tamil, English, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, history, Economics, physical education and Commerce.
