Eligibility Standards for Group C Posts

Job hunters who are applying for the above vacancies must have passed at least 12th class examination conducted by the Council established below Odisha Higher Secondary Education Act or any similar qualification from an accredited Board or university.

In addition to the above qualification, the applicants should hold Diploma course in Computer Application from a recognized institution.

Age Relaxation on E-Court Vacancies

The age of the candidates who are applying for the Group ‘C’ Positions should be above 18 years and below 32 years. The crucial date for determining the age of the suppliant will be as on last date of receipt of application.

The upper age limit shall be allowed to relax upto 3 years for OBC category and 5 years for SC/ ST and SEBC category as per the terms and conditions distributed by the competent authority or Government from time to time.

Sundargarh e- Courts Mode of Shortlisting

After Verifying the certificates send by the applicants through post, the suitable candidates shall be screened out for the written examination. The examination date, time and place will be intimated to the applicants through email or SMS. The participants have to take part in the written exam, which is the qualifying nature for the next rounds.

Qualified Candidates who have applied for Copyist post should attend the practical & viva voice test and other candidates should appear for the skill or typing test. A merit list shall be prepared with reference to the marks scored by the candidates in both the exams for final selection.

Examination for Group C Posts

For the Junior Clerk cum Copyists position, there are 3 parts of examination. In the first part, the questions will be asked from English (100), Arithmetic (100) and General Knowledge (100) and the qualifying marks allotted for this section is 35 %.

In the part two examination, a practical test will be conducted on a computer for duration of 1 hour for 100 marks. The minimum qualifying marks is 50 % in case of general category and 40 % marks for the SC /ST category. Viva –voice test will be conducted for 45 marks in the 3rd part.

For the remaining post, the candidates should appear for the English test which is allotted for 100 marks. And the qualified candidates should type a passage of 400 words in English within 10 minutes. The least pass mark for this section is 50 % for UR & SEBC and 40 % for the SC /ST category.

Pay Scale for Group C Positions

The candidates who have overcome all the above recruitment process shall be finally appointed in the Judgeship of Sundargarh. The designated appointees will get remuneration of Rs.5200 /- with the grade pay between Rs.1900 to 2400/- per month.

Besides the above basic pay, the staffs shall be admissible for Dearness Allowance, House Rend Allowance, RCM & other allowances as per the terms and conditions of e-court.

E-Courts Fee Payment Mode

The applicants belonging to the General or SEBC have to pay Rs.100/- in the shape of Government Treasury Challan below “0070- other administrative services-01 Administration of Justice-501- Services and service fees- 0010-charge for service provided-02177- examination fee for recruitment conducted by Orissa District and Subordinate Courts”.

However, candidates belonging to the SC/ ST category are exempted from fee payment.
