Eligibility Standards for STC Positions
Appliers who have done 2 years full time Post Graduation degree or Diploma in Management with Specialization in Human Resources/ Personal Management/ Marketing/ International Business or Master’s Degree in Social Work from a recognized Indian university or Institution can apply for Chief General Manager Position.

Incumbent who is recruited as General Manager will get paid according to the pay scale of Rs.43200 to 66000/- pm, Rs.32900 to 58000/- pm for the Deputy General Manager Post and Rs.29100 to 54500/- pm for the Chief Manager positions.

Academic Qualifications for Assistant Manager Position
Applicants for the designation of Assistant Manager in field of Finance must have possessed Chattered Accountant/ Cost Accountant degree from any of the reputed Institution. In the area of marketing, the applier’s requires MBA degree/ Post graduate Diploma with specialization in International business.
