RECL Recruitment 2016 Walk-In Interview for Executive Engineer Posts. REC Transmission Projects Company Limited (RECTPCL) has disseminated a recruitment notification, regarding the situation vacant in some of the Executive Engineer Posts to meet the growing business requirements of their Organization. The positions are to be filled up on fixed term contract basis.

RECL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rural Electrification Corporation (REC) Limited. It is a Navaratna Company of Government of India. Navaratna is recognition for Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE). RECTPCL is currently acting as Bid process coordinator for selection of inter-state transmission projects through Tariff based competitive building route. Besides this RECTPCL is acting as a project management agency.

RECL is inviting applications from Indian Nationals and they are required to attend the Walk-In Interview at specified date and venue. The engagement of the appointees will be initially for a period of three years, which may be extended to a minimum of one year to six months.

The selected aspirants will have to pay an amount of Rs.300000/- as bond for this contract. Individuals will be recruited by the process of screening, interview and medical fitness test. Qualifications Required for Executive Engineer Posts

Aspirants who wish to apply for the post of Deputy Executive Officer (HR) in RECL should have possessed first class full time MBA from any recognized University/ Institution approved by AICTE.

Applicants for the designations of Deputy Executive Officer and Executive Officer in field of Finance must have completed graduate degree in CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountant and CWA from the Institute of Cost Accountant of India.

For remaining other positions, candidates should have finished B.E or B.Tech with MBA in concerned streams from any reputed Institution approved by AICTE. MBA degree is not necessary for the designation of Deputy Executive Engineer (Electrical).

Eligible Experience for Executive Engineer Posts

Applier’s for the posts of Deputy Executive Officer and Executive Officer in field of Finance must hold 7 to 10 years of post qualification experience in Tax, accounting, analysis of financial reports and accounts, preparation of financial reports etc.

Executive Engineer (IT) should have 10 years of experience in IT field. For the post of Deputy Executive Officer (HR), applicants must hold experience in recruitment, training, policy making, performance appraisal, administrative work and procurement etc.

Minimum 7 to 10 years of post qualification executive experience in power sector is most essential for rest of the positions.

Age Confinement for RECL Recruitment

The age of the applicants is 38 years, which is assigned for the designations of Executive Engineer (Electrical/ IT), Executive Officer (Finance) for RECL recruitment, 2016. For remaining other positions the age of the individuals is capped off at 35 years. The cut-off date for calculating the age limit is 30th June, 2016.

The age is relaxed up to 5 years for SC/ ST/ General PWD candidates/ Candidates domiciled in Jammu and Kashmir and 3years for OBC category. PWD candidates will further undergo age relaxation based on their community.

Selection Process Followed by RECL

The recruitment process of RECL will comprise of screening, interview and medical fitness test. Initially preliminary screening will be done for the aspirants applications. Participants of selection must carry all the supporting documents at the venue for verification.

Present employers should submit the “No Objection Certificate” at the time of selection. The filtered persons will be called for interview. In accordant with the interviewee performance, they are selected and finally subject to medical fitness test. No travel or dearness allowance will be paid for this selection process.

Emoluments Paid for RECL Employees

Appointees for the posts of Executive Engineer (Electrical/ IT) in RECL will receive the salary of Rs.101000/-. Designee for the position of Executive Officer (Finance) will receive a salary of Rs.90000/-. The appointed aspirants will receive Rs.84000/- as salary for the designation of Deputy Executive Engineer (Electrical) with MBA and Rs.75000/- for remaining other positions.
