RBI Assistant Exam Syllabus 2017. Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is India’s Central banking Institution, which controls the monetary policy of the Indian Rupee. Currently RBI has taken a decision to organize all India basis competitive examination for the selection of eminent persons. The examination has been scheduled, so as to fill the Graduates in various Assistant vacancies. RBI Assistant Syllabus 2017

As per the recruitment notice, there is about 610 Assistant vacancies are existing in RBI. In order to make the selection process in provisional way, they had scheduled to conduct preliminary examination followed by main examination and interview. Individuals who are clearing the step-by-step recruitment stages are considered for appointment.

Aspirants who aspire to serve in the banking sector will have to succeed in online examinations (preliminary & main examination) and interview. With an aggregate of 100 marks for preliminary and 200 marks for main examination, attendees should overcome the cutoff marks allotted for each exam. Based on the cutoff marks secured by the candidates, they are only intimated for interview.

RBI Assistant Exam Pattern

The preliminary exam pattern consists of three sections with a total of 100 marks. The questions will takes part from the sections of English Language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability and marks will be varied for each sections in the format 30, 35 and 35 respectively.

To get good cut off marks, candidates have to answer maximum of the questions in each sections. Online question paper consists of 100 questions, conducted for a total duration of one hour.

RBI Main Exam Pattern

Succeeded persons through main examination are informed to attend the main examination through e-mail or SMS. In main examination, the questions pattern will includes five sections. Out of that, first three sections carries questions in the above mentioned sections (Preliminary exam pattern) and remaining two sections will be in General awareness and Computer knowledge.

The question pattern will be in objective type with 40 questions for each section. Competitors shall enter into another section, when only the time allotted for each section is completed. For a total duration of two hours, candidates have to answer 200 questions.
