Rajasthan Police SI Syllabus 2017: Rajasthan Police is a government agency which implements law in the state of Rajasthan. This agency’s head office is situated at Jaipur. This police department released a recruitment notification through the official site and other job sites with the aim of engaging energetic candidates in 233 vacant positions of Inspector, Sub Inspector and Assistant Inspector designation. Aspirants who are passionate about police jobs applied in response to this notification. Young candidates who are aging between 20 to 25 years were allowed to apply for this post. About Rajasthan Police SI Exam 2017

Aspirants who are holding Graduate degree/ Diploma/ ITI or any similar qualification were allowed to apply for the Inspector post. Physical fitness is more important to apply for this job. In order to choose the suitable candidate, Rajasthan Police department will conduct a physical test, medical test followed by written examination.

Only after proving that the candidates are physically fit for the job, he or she will be allowed to appear for the written examination. The question will be asked from general knowledge and from their respective subjects. To answer these questions candidates should have adequate knowledge in their concerned subject and current general awareness. For each post there are two parts in the examination i.e. Part-A and Part-B. In the Part-A section, questions shall be asked from general studies, general knowledge and general science. In the part-B sections, question would be asked from their respective topics.

Aspirants who have applied for the Assistant Sub Inspector (fitter) post should be proficient in Hindi language. The question paper will be set in higher secondary standards for this post. There will be Hindi language test for a total of 50 marks and it will be a descriptive paper. The examination pattern for the Inspector exam is given in the below paragraph and table.

 Exam Pattern for Inspector Exam 2017

The written exam paper comprises of two sections for a total of 400 marks. The 1st part will be asked for 150 marks and 250 marks for the second part. There will be an extra 50 marks section only for ASI (Fitter post). This examination will be conducted through pen and paper mode only.
