Civil Engineers and other degree holders were allowed to apply through online till 2nd December 2016. Graduates who are aging between 18 to 37 years applied in response to the advertisement. Those candidates will require proper PUDA syllabus to prepare for the examination which will take place in the year 2017.
This examination is mainly conducted for choosing 269 deserving candidates for the following posts i.e. Sub Divisional Engineer, Junior Engineer, Senior Engineer and Data Entry Operator. PUDA Exam Pattern 2017 for Junior Engineer and Other Posts
These examinations shall take place through offline only. There are totally 120 objective types multiple choice question. The total marks allotted for the technical Aptitude is 60, 25 marks for general awareness, 15 marks for reasoning, 10 marks for Computer and another 10 marks for Language. The PUDA Exam pattern for Junior Engineer and Other Posts is given in the below table.

At the time of examination, candidates will be given OMR sheets for marking the answers. Contenders should read the questions carefully and shade the answers in the OMR sheets. You can use only black or blue ink pens for marking your answers. Each question will carry one mark and the question paper will be available only in English language.
The candidates should secure a minimum pass mark of 40 % in the PUDA Junior engineer examination i.e. the participants have to score atleast 48 marks out of 120. Candidates who are securing the least qualifying marks in the test shall be included in the merit list in descending order.
In case, if the candidates are getting equal marks in this test, then priority will be given on the basis of seniority.
