PSDM Recruitment 2016 Application Invited for 7 Manager Posts. Punjab Skill development Mission (PSDM) in Chandigarh under Punjab Government, implements various Central & State skill development schemes to improve the performance and coordination across Departments. This mission provides challenging job opportunities for young, post graduated, experienced and talented professionals to work as Manager in relevant fields. Under this mission, the Manager post is to be filled in 5 departments. This engagement is for a contract period of 3 years. This period will get extended based on satisfactory performance of the employees.

PSDM Recruitment 2016:

Suitable candidates will be selected on the basis of Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) Scheme, Ministry of Rural Development, Indian Government. Aspirants those who wish to work in this mission, can go through the below section for eligibility criteria and applying procedure.

Preferable Qualifications for Manager Vacancies:

The candidates those who are willing to apply for Manager posts in PSDM should have completed their MBA/ PGDM/ PGBM/ MSW/ B.Tech/ IT/ PGDCA/ MCA/ any Post Graduation from any government approved university.

Eligible Experiences to Apply for PSDM Vacancies:

He/ She applying for Managers designation under PSDM recruitment 2016 must have a total work experience of 5 years and they should have domain experience of 2 to 3 years from any reputed organization or institution.

Age Limits of PSDM Recruitment 2016:

The authorized age limit for Manager Post in PSDM is 45 years. Relaxations will be applicable to specific category as per rules of PSDM recruitment 2016.

PSDM Methods of Selection:

PSDM Selection Committee will short-list the received applications based on Academic Background and Past Experiences. The applicants are shortlisted (as 10 aspirants for each field) to proceed with further process of selection like Presentation and Interview.

The invited applicants should present a 10 minutes power point presentation about his/ her achievements and their vision for this position as per job profile in front of the selection committee. Finally, Interview is conducted to measure their ability and skills.

The selection committee had allotted about 40 marks for academic background and 30 marks for experiences. Maximum 10 marks are given for Presentation and 20 marks for Interview.

Note: For short-listing, academic background is calculated based on percentage of marks obtained by the candidates in 10th, 12th, graduation and post graduation. The Past experiences are calculated based on minimum eligible domain & work experiences and additional years of experiences.

Remuneration for Manager Position:

As this is a contract basis recruitment of PSDM, individuals hired for the position of Manager under different fields will get only a fixed salary of Rs.60000/-.

PSDM Recruitment 2016 Applying Process:

The application form for Manager Post should be submitted in prescribed format as given in PSDM official website. The form should be filled with correct details, because no corrections will be made after submission.Attach the self attested copies of certificates like educational, experiences, age proof, address proof, caste, etc. with the filled-in application form.
