Essential Qualification for NSIC Posts

The individuals who are applying below the Marketing or Human Resource or F & A category should have done full time MBA degree or any equivalent course in Marketing/ Human Resource/ Personnel Management/ Finance/ Banking or CA/ ICWA from a recognized university or institution.

Experience Details for General Manager

NSIC’s Age Limitations

The upper age limit of the general category candidates who are applying for NSIC positions is limited to 50 years, 55 years for the SC/ ST category and 53 years for the OBC-Non Creamy Layer category as per the current guidelines of NSIC.

NSIC’s Recruitment Process

The selection process will through personal interview. The applications received from the candidates will be validated by the selection committee for shortlisting the candidates. The screened out persons will be asked to appear for the interview through SMS or email.

Candidates who got the intimation from the NSIC Management can appear for the interview on the respective dates. Salary for General Manager

The appointed persons will have to employ on regular basis in various site of NSIC location in India. While working as General Manager, he/ she will get a monthly pay as per the IDA Pay Scale of Rs. 32,000-58,000/- per month and the appointee will get a CTC of Rs.1525000/- per annum.

Apart from this pay, the employees are liable for Industrial Allowance, House Rend Allowance, Gratuity, EPF, Incentives, medical facilities and other benefits as per the NSIC’s ordinances.

NSIC’s Application Fee

The General/ OBC candidates can remit their application their application fee of Rs.500/- in the form of Demand Draft in favour of “The National Small Industries Corporation Limited”, payable at New Delhi.

Nonetheless, the women candidates/ SC/ ST Category can get 50% concession in application fee, therefore they should pay Rs.250/-.

Requisite Qualification for NSIC Posts

Candidates holding graduation in Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical/ Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Electrical & Electronics/ Civil from an accredited university or institution can apply for vacancies below the Technology category.

Age Limitations for NSIC Positions

The age of the candidates who are applying for the chief Manager post is capped to 42 years, 35 years for the Deputy Manger and 30 years for the Assistant Manager Posts.

This age can be relaxed upto 5 years for SC/ ST category, 3 years for OBC category and 10 years for general PWD category (13 years for OBC & 15 years for SC /ST).

NSIC’s Selection Process

The application send by the candidates will be verified by the selection panels and the shortlisted candidates will be invited for the interview. The management reserves the right to cancel the number of candidates appearing for the interview.

At the time of interview, candidates have to produce their original documents for validation. The interviewer will judge the candidates performance by means of interaction skills, work knowledge and attitude.

Salary Packages for Managers

The well suited candidates will be selected and will be placed on temporary positions for a period of 3 years but can be continued further based on the performance of the employee.

NSIC Offers attractive salary packages for appointees based on their service. The Chief Manager will get a gross payment of Rs.1000000/- per annum, Rs.660000/- pm for Deputy Manager and Rs. 500000/- pm for Assistant manager posts.

Apart from this pay, the managers are admissible for Industrial Dearness Allowance, HRA, Medical facilities and other benefits as per the norms.

NSIC’s Fee Payment Mode

The fee payment should be drawn in the form of demand draft in favor of “The National Small Industries Corporation Limited”, payable at New Delhi.

The applicants belonging to the General/ OBC category have to pay Rs.400/- and Rs.200/- for SC/ ST and women Candidates (50% fee concession in given). On the reverse side of the draft, the candidates should write their name, mobile no and Post applied for.
