General Manager Positions Qualifications Required

Individuals who are accomplished with Graduate degree, two years full time post graduate degree are eligible to apply for the designations of General Manager and Deputy General Manager in NINL.

Otherwise those persons must have possessed Diploma in Personal Management and Industrial Relation. Or else the possession of MBA degree with specialization in HR from any recognized University is necessary the above mentioned positions.

Manager Positions Experience Requirements

All those applicants for the aforesaid Manager posts in NINL must possess 19 to 22 years of post qualification experience under the areas of IR, legal aspects, welfare, establishment, statutory compliances, domestic enquiry, HR Management, Handling security systems, framing various policies etc.

Age Criteria for General Manager Positions

The age of the applier’s is curbed at 52 years for the post of General Manager in NINL and 48 years for the position of Deputy General Manager. The crucial date for determining the age limit is on the last date of submission of application (02-09-2016).
