NCERT Recruitment 2016 Apply Online for 69 Headmaster & Teacher Vacancies. NCERT has disclosed a recruitment notification for engaging staffs in the unfilled places of various teaching posts. With reference to the notification of NCERT Recruitment 2016, nearly 69 vacancies are going to be filled. Graduates who are proficient in computer applications are more preferred. Requisite Qualification for NCERT Jobs
Candidates who are applying for the Head Master job should have completed Master’s Degree with 45 % marks in aggregate and holding B.Ed degree or any similar teaching degree from a recognized university.
Applicant who have completed M.Sc/ Master Degree in English/ Hindi/ Maths/ Chemistry/ Biology/ History/ Commerce/ MA/ M.Sc in Psychology/ BE/ B.Tech, etc in computer science are eligible for PGT Posts.
Individuals with bachelor degree in Hindi/ English/ Music/ Physical Education/ commerce/ Agriculture or 12th with 50 % marks or 10th/ 3 years Diploma in the concern field are eligible to apply for TGT, WET & PRT post. Moreover, they should have passed in Central Teacher Eligibility Test.
Experience Required for NCERT Jobs
Applicants should have teaching and practical experience in the concern field to apply for NCERT Jobs.
Upper Age Limit for NCERT Vacancies
Applicants who age between 35 to 45 years are eligible to apply for headmaster post, 40 years for PGT, 35 years for TGT & WET and 30 years for PRT position. These age limitations are not applicable for NCERT Employees.
The upper age limit can be allowed to relax upto 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ ST and 10 years for PWD category, in accordance to the government rules.
NCERT Selection Process
The applications send by the contenders will be scrutinized and only the suitable individuals would be intimated for written examination. Participants who qualify in this test are required to appear for the personal interview. Candidates who perform well in the interview will be finally added to the merit list.
Remuneration of NCERT Posts
Selected candidates will be recruited at Multipurpose School located all over India and can also get transferred to Ajmer, Bhopal and other places, if required.
Aspirants who is appointed as Headmaster will receive salary as per the pay scale of Rs.15600 to 39100/- with grade pay of Rs.5400/- and Rs.9300 to 34800/- pm with grade pay between Rs.4200 to 4800/- for the other NCERT Posts.
NCERT Application Fee
Male applicants belonging to the General and OBC category have to pay an application fee of Rs.500/- in the shape of Demand draft/ Bankers Cheque, drawn in favour of “Secretary, NCERT” payable at “SBI, NCERT Branch, New Delhi-110016”. All the other applicants are excluded from fee payment.

- Click on the “Announcement->Vacancy->Academic”.
- In the new page, hit on the “Apply Online” Link against the concern advertisement.
- Click on the “New Register” link and fill the registration form.
- After the registration, Login into your account by entering the Email id and password.
- It is compulsory to fill all the fields which are marked as *.
- After the final submission, download the acknowledgement page with unique registration number.
Take the printout of that form and attach the Demand Draft and sent to “Section Officer, Recruitment-I Section, Room No. 12, 5th Floor, Zakir Hussain Block, NCERT, Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi- 110016” by registered or ordinary/ speed post only.
The envelope bearing the application should be super scribed with “Name of the post applied, Advt. No and URN No.” at the top.
