The recruitment process will be in two forms, which means online test and interview and/ or group discussion for the position of Assistant Manager and Screening followed by personal interview for other posts (Assistant General Manager Deputy General Manger and Chief Finance Officer). The institute requires Assistant Managers in the general and law sector. For this recruitment, they select aspirants provisionally by organising online examination for duration of 140 minutes. The details of online test structure will be as follows,

Coming to the next category i.e. Law, participants will have to execute an exam for 200 questions for an aggregate duration of 120 minutes. By comparing the exam pattern for law field with General Category, Computer Knowledge & Quantitative Aptitude is replaced with Professional knowledge section.
