Qualifications Required for Manager Positions in MEGA

Aspirants who wish to apply for the post of Manager (Legal) should have completed graduate degree of LLB/ five years integrated LLB degree from National Law University. Preference will be provided to the individuals possessing full time post graduate degree in Law.

Applicants for the post of Senior Social Development Officer must be a Master of Social work (MSW). Applier’s for the post of Deputy General Manager should have finished B.Arch in Engineering. For remaining other positions, the candidates should have finished B.E or B.Tech degree in relevant fields.

Experience Hold by Manager’s in MEGA

Individuals applying for the designations of Assistant General Manager (Human Resources) should have possessed 12 to 14 years of experience. For the rest of the positions the applicants should hold 7 to 10 years of experience.

Preference will be given to persons having knowledge of national and state guidelines, land acquisition etc, for the post of Senior Social Development Officer. Candidate should be proficient in practices and procedures of Civil/ Labour courts/ other related works for the post of Manager (Legal).

Job Roles for Manager Positions in MEGA

Aspirants applying for the designation of Senior Social Development Officer in MEGA should be responsible for preparation and implementation of policies and Metro projects.

Assistant General Manager’s/ Senior Manager’s (Track) shall be responsible for in charge of all track related works and will assist the Engineers.

Age Confined for MEGA Recruitment

Aspirants applying for the positions of Manager (Legal), Senior Social Development Officer and Manager- Platform Screen Doors should have the maximum age of 38 years. 50 years is allotted for Deputy General Mangers.

Upper age of 45 years is assigned for the applicants for the position of Assistant General Manager. And also 40 years is applicable for Senior Manager.

Selection Process Followed by MEGA

Individuals are selected in MEGA Recruitment, 2016 is by interview process. The received candidate’s applications are screened by the screening committee. The persons who are eligible for the aforesaid positions are called for the interview.

Call letters for the interview will be issued to shortlisted applicants indicating the time, date and venue. The participants of interview must carry the original documents in support of qualification and relevant experience along with the curriculum vitae.

Emoluments Paid for MEGA Employees

Appointees for the designations of Manager (Legal), Senior Social Development Officer and Manager- Platform Screen Doors will receive a pay scale of Rs.50000 to 65000/- per month. Designees for the post of Assistant Manager- Platform Screen Doors will receive a pay scale of Rs.25000-40000/-.

In field of Architecture, candidates who are appointed in Deputy General Manger position; they will receive a pay scale of Rs.90000-120000/- per month. Senior Manager will get a salary of Rs.65000-80000/- per month. For the remaining positions they will receive a pay scale of Rs.75000 to 100000/- per month.
