Eligibility Conditions for MAIDS Vacancy
The least qualification required to apply for the MAIDS vacancy is BDS Degree, with 55% marks in overall semester from a familiar university or institution. Individuals holding post graduation degree are not eligible to apply. The applicant must have done their internship between the period of 1st October 2014 to 30th September 2016.
Age Limitations on MAIDS Jobs
The age limit of the candidates who are applying for the MAIDS Jobs should not exceed 40 years as on the last date of submission of application. The upper age limit can be relaxable upto 5 years for SC/ ST category and 3 years for OBC category, as per the norms issued by Government from time to time.
MAIDS Selection Mode
The selection process involves screening test and personal interview. The application send through the postal shall be verified and only the suitable persons will be invited for screening test. The minimum qualifying marks for general category is 50 %, 45 % for OBC and 40 % for SC/ ST category.
Candidates scoring the minimum cut-off marks are required to appear for the personal interview. Based on participant’s performance at the interview, the final selection shall be done. Candidates who are added to the empanelment list will be offered appointment, when that particular post is vacant. The merit list will be valid till 12 month from the published date.
Pay Scale for MAIDS Appointees
The selected physicians will be appointed on temporary basis for tenure of 6 months, which could be renewed later on fulfilling service. MAIDS Appointees will get salary as per the pay scale of Rs.15600 to 39100/- per month with the grade pay of Rs.5400/- and are also entitled for usual allowances as per MAIDS norms.
MAIDS Fee Payment Mode
Applicants belonging to General or OBC category have to pay Rs.1000/- and Rs.500/- for SC/ ST, in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of “Director-Principal, Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences”, payable at New Delhi.
