LIC Recruitment 2017 Apply Online for Latest Careers. A new career notice has been scattered out by Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) due to vacancies existing in its zonal offices. The real intention behind this notice is to engage retired LIC employees as Associates, in its Mini Offices at zonal jurisdiction.

Retired employees means they should have worked in any higher grade positions like Assistant/ Assistant Administrative Officer/ Administrative Officer/ Assistant Divisional Manager/ Divisional Manager/ Senior Divisional Manager, of LIC.

This is a Contractual engagement, so the appointees will work in the Mini Offices only for 2 years duration. Selection shall be done on the basis of Interview and Medical Examination. All retired employees coming for interview would get to and fro rail/ bus fare through shortest route, as per Corporation rules.

Appointed aspirants will be under the control of Zonal Manager and they need to do all the works assigned by this engaging authority. After reading the eligibility conditions and instructions for applying, desirous candidates can submit their applications through proper channel.

Age Confinement for LIC Recruitment

Retired officials those who had not exceeded an age of 63 years are eligible to apply for the Associate posts in LIC’s Mini Offices.

LIC Recruitment Selection Procedure

The received applications will be evaluated by Selection Authorities of LIC. Candidates those who were found more fit for this job shall be invited for Personal Interview. If their performances is good in interview, then they will be subjected for Pre-Engagement Medical Examination.

Only best performers and medically fit individuals shall get appointed as Associates, in LIC’s Mini Offices located at zonal jurisdiction.

Remunerations of Associate Posts

The retired employees selected for Associate designation would be provided with a monthly salary of Rs.20000/- and 10% of gross salary. Also, during this engagement the appointees are eligible for Casual Leave as per rules.
