The Jammu & Kashmir High Court situated on Indian state has about 9 permanent Judges and 5 additional Judges for handling various civil, criminal cases, etc. The seat of the court shifts between its summer capital Srinagar and winter capital Jammu. At present a direct recruitment notification has been disseminated by High Court of Jammu & Kashmir stating that it requires 6 apt personnel’s, to carryout the outdoor works of Gardener and Chowkidar. Eligible Qualification for JK High Court Jobs
Candidates those who are holding a Middle school certificate with pass marks from recognized board can apply for the Chowkidar/ Gardener positions in J&K High Court.
The upper age limit for General category aspirants is 40 years and which is 43 years incase of Reserved category. The Physically challenged personnel’s can have a maximum age of 42 years and if the applying candidate is an Ex-servicemen then the upper age should not be more than 48 years. J&K High Court recruitment authorities will compute this age limit as on 1st January 2016.
Selection Process of JK High Court Jobs
The selection panel will inform the mode of recruitment through print media i.e. either Test/ Interview shall be organised for Chowkidar/ Gardener jobs. The participants would not get any travel fare, while coming for selection process.
J&K High Court Appointees Salary Scale
The entrants would receive a monthly salary in range of Rs.4440 – 7440/- along with a Grade Pay of Rs.1300/-. As per J&K High Court recruitment norms, other allowances and benefits may be provided.
Application Fee for Chowkidar and Gardener Jobs
An application fee of Rs.100/- can be paid in the form of Demand Draft (DD) drawn from any J&K Bank, to apply for Chowkidar/ Gardener posts. The DD should be drawn in name of “Registrar General, High Court of J&K, Srinagar” which is payable at Srinagar/ Jammu.
JK High Court Recruitment 2016 Applying Procedure
The application form for Chowkidar/ Gardener jobs is hosted in official site of J&K High Court. Take printout copy of application form and fill it with required details. Also, affix a latest passport size photograph in the form and sign above it.
The filled-in application form should be attached together with Demand Draft and attested photocopies of Educational Qualification, Date of Birth, Permanent Resident, Character certificate & passport size photograph.
These documents can be submitted in person on “Office of Registrar Judicial High Court Wing Srinagar/ Jammu”. Applicants from Leh & Kargil Districts can submit their applications in “Office of concerned Principal District & Sessions Judges”. Inservice candidates can also apply, through proper channel.
