IDPL Recruitment 2016:

Candidates are initially appointed for a period of one year and further extension will be subject to the review of performance. Currently the selected candidates will be posted at Chennai Plant. However, they will be posted anywhere in India, depending on the requirement of the Company.

IDPL Recruitment Adequate Qualifications:

Aspirants applying for the positions of Deputy Personnel Manager and Senior Executive Personnel for IDPL recruitment, 2016 should have possessed a Post Graduate Degree or MBA or PG Diploma in Personnel Management or Labor Law.

For the post of Deputy Manager (Finance), applicants should have completed B.Pharma or Graduate in Science or MBA in Material &Management. B.Com or Science Graduate holders are required for the post of Executive Commercial.

Company Secretary cum Law Officer should be a member of Company Secretaries of India and completed Bachelor’s degree in Law. For the designation of Senior Executive and Deputy Manager in field of Finance, aspirants should finished degree in ICWA or CA or MBA. Preference will also provided to B.Com or M.Com degree holders for the position of Senior Executive.

Experience Required for IDPL Recruitment 2016:

Applier’s for the above mentioned positions should have minimum 3 to 8 years experience in CPSU or state PSU and well versed in GF/ GFR rules.

Candidates applying for the positions of Deputy Personnel Manager and Senior Executive Personnel should have knowledge in noting and drafting. For the post of Deputy Manager (Purchase) individuals should be well versed in Procurement and all purchase related makers.

Knowledge in sales Tax, C Form, ED and dispatching goods is required for the designation of Executive (Commercial). Knowledge in EXCEL and TALLY is must for the positions of Senior Executive and Deputy Manager in field of Finance.

Age Criteria for IDPL Recruitment:

Maximum age limit of the candidates for serial numbers 1,3,5,7 is 55 years. For other positions, upper age limit allotted for the aspirants is 40 years. Age relaxations are also permissible for the deserving candidates such as Ex-servicemen/ Para-Military Personnel/ CPSU/ State Government PSU etc.

Procedure for Selecting Candidates in IDPL:

Selection of the candidates in IDPL will be on the basis of ‘Walk-in-Interview’ Process. Based on the interviewee performance during the time of interview, they will be chosen and appointed. The specified date and venue for interview is mentioned below,

Emoluments for Appointees in IDPL:

Designee for the position of Executive in IDPL will receive the pay scale of Rs.18000 to 20000/- per month. Senior Executive’s will get the salary of Rs.22000-25000/- per month.

For other positions, appointed candidates will receive the pay scale of Rs.30000-35000/- per month. No other extra allowances will be provided for the candidates.

Walk-in-Interview for IDPL Recruitment:

Walk-in-Interview will be conducted at the venue of “IDPL (TN), P.O.Nandambakkam, Chennai-600089”.Interested candidates may bring their application form in prescribed format, which can be downloaded from the website.
