Essential Qualification

Graduates who have secured 60 % marks (55% marks for SC/ ST/ PWD) in their overall semester are eligible to apply for the Assistant Manager Job.

Upper Age Limit

The maximum age limit of the candidates who are applying for the Manager Job should not exceed 28 years as on the last date of submission. Age relaxation can be granted upto 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ ST/ Ex-Servicemen/ Domiciles of Jammu & Kashmir/ 1984 riots and 10 years for PWD category as per government rules.

Selection Process

The applications submitted through the online shall be validated by the recruitment team and only the deserving person would be called for online test. Candidates who are securing the minimum qualifying marks in the test would be called for personal interview.

Salary for Assistant Manager

At the time of joining, the selected candidates should execute a bond for a service period of minimum 3 years. The selected candidates will be put under training section for a period of 9 month at Manipal Global Education Services Private Limited and Internship for 3 months at any of the IDBI Branch.

During this period, the stipend provided for the Trainees will be Rs.2500/- and Rs.10000/- pm will be given during internship. After successful training, the trainees will be promoted as Assistant Manager and shall be offered salary as per the pay scale of Rs.14400 to 40900/- per month.

Besides the basic pay, the appointees are also admissible for usual allowance, perquisites, reimbursements, etc according to IDBI Bank norms.
