IB JIO Exam Pattern 2016 for Junior Intelligence Officer
The written examination will be conducted in 33 examination centers. There are two parts in the question paper. In the 1st part, the objective type questions will be asked for 80 marks. Howbeit, the 2nd part comprises of descriptive question from English, Maths and science for a total of 80 marks. These two papers would be conducted on the same day. The Exam Pattern for Junior Intelligence Officer is given in the below section.

This examination will be conducted for duration of 2 hours. At the time of examination, participants will be provided OMR sheets for marking their answers. In case of objective type questions, there will be 5 multiple choices for each question. Candidates have to choose the right option and shade the answers on the OMR sheet.
Aspirants who are securing the minimum marks in the test will be called for the Trade test. The trade test will be conducted on their concerned domain. Candidates who are securing the minimum qualifying marks in both the tests are required to appear for the character and Antecedent verification followed by medical test. Finally, contenders who are proving to be medically fit shall be considered for final appointment.
