Himachal Pradesh Secretariat Administration Services-I is a board, which is organised under the working control of Ministry of Personnel and Government of Himachal Pradesh. A leading newspaper of Himachal Pradesh has been printed with a job notification recently. As per the notification, they are inviting applications from the desiring candidates, for the recruitment to six vacant posts of Clerk in HP Secretariat. The applicants should possess minimum 40% of disability issued by the competent medical board that is District Medical Board or above.

Educational Qualification: Apart from the basic qualification mentioned below, candidates should have knowledge in computer with typing skill.

  • For Clerk post – 12th or Degree

Age Constraint: Aspirants whose age limit resides between 18 to 45 years are eligible to apply for HP Secretariat Jobs. The upper age limit should be calculated as on 1st Jan 2016. The age relaxation is allowed for candidates claiming under physically handicapped persons.

  • For PWD category – 5years

Selection Procedure: In accordance with the basic qualifications and experience accomplished by the applicants, capable of them are considered for the post of Clerk. If necessary, the selection committee decides to conduct test or interview.


Salary: Candidates who are chosen for appointment under the designation of Clerk will receive a consolidated remuneration per month. The engagement will be purely temporary up to the limited period on contract basis.
