Educational Qualification for HLL Positions

Professional who desires to join as Regional Manager at HLL should hold B.Pharm/ MBA in Marketing or any similar full time course from an accredited university are eligible to apply.

Experience Details for Marketing Professionals

The applicants must hold a minimum of 3 to 6 years of work experience in the sales and marketing of surgical products, medical device/ disposables, pharmaceuticals to the practicing doctors.

Age Ceiling on HLL Vacancies

The maximum age limit for the Regional Manager post is capped to 40 years for candidates belonging to the general category, 43 years for the OBC category, 45years for the SC/ ST category and 50 years for the PWD category as per the orders issued by the Government of India.

Interview Procedures for HLL Posts

Willing and suitable candidates are invited to appear for the walk-in-interview which will be held on the rigid dates and time. Travel charges will not be paid for the candidates to attend the viva-voice.

Aspirants appearing for the interview have to bring the dully filled application form and original certificates along with the self attested documents of age proof, post qualification experience, current salary details, community certificate, etc.

Salary for Managerial Professionals

The monthly consolidated pay for the manager position is Rs.30000 to 50000/- per month and Rs.25000 to 45000/- per month for the Deputy Manager. Apart from this pay the candidates are admissible for other allowances and benefits also as per HLL ordinances.

The Role of the Regional Manager is to handle the sales and marketing activities of Surgical and Pharma products, attain the mission of promoting the products, encouraging the team members, skill development, Conduct symposium for Doctors, monitoring the service of team, etc.
