Academic Profile for HIPA Shimla Recruitment

Graduates those who had received certificate for State Eligibility Test in Computer Appreciation & Applications (SETC) from any agency authorized by state government can apply for Clerk-cum-Receptionist posts. Candidates having diploma or equivalent certificates of Receptionist shall be given more preference.

For Junior Engineer position, Diploma/ Civil Engineering are the desirable qualifications. But, candidates holding Diploma (Civil – Draughtsman) will get additional weightage.

HIPA’s Methods of Selection

HIPA will conduct Psychometric & Personality Test and Computer Test, for Clerk-cum-Receptionist designation. Persons qualifying in these rounds of selection shall get placed in Receptionist position, based on Merit marks. Also, they should submit their original documents when intimated by Selection Team.

Remunerations of HIPA Appointees

The Receptionist will get salary as per Pay Band – 1 i.e. Rs.5200 – 20200/-, with a Grade Pay of Rs.1900/-. The individual appointed on Junior Engineer designation shall get a salary of Rs.9300 – 34800/- as per Pay Band – 2. The Junior Engineer will also receive a Grade Pay of Rs.4000/- per month. Other allowances and benefits may also applicable as per HIPA rules.
