Academic Profile: Candidates who are applying for the Manager and Trainee vacancies should have done Chartered Account or Management Course in Finance or Engineering in Petroleum Engineering with minimum 55% marks in aggregate.

Minimum Experience: Graduates who are applying for Sl.No. 1 & 2 Posts should hold atleast 2 to 5 years of prior work experience in the respective discipline.

Recruitment Process: Initially, the online application will be shortlisted on the basis of qualification and experience. The screened applicants shall be invited for personal interview through email / SMS.
Outstation candidates called for interview shall be paid to and fro bus or rail fare as per norms. If the number application received are more in number, then a screening test will be conducted. Based on the individual’s performance in the interview, the final selection will be made.

Pay Scale & Allowance: The well-qualified candidates will be designated on turnkey basis at any one of their ongoing projects. During the service, the designee will receive salary according to the pay scale only.
In case of Trainee post, the selected candidates will get a consolidated pay during their one year training period. After successful training, they shall receive remuneration on pay scale as per EPIL norms.

- For Assistant Manager – 16400 to 40500/- per month
- For Trainee – 15000/- pm
Besides the pay, the EPIL Appointees are liable to get Dearness Allowance, House rent allowance, medical facilities, etc according to company rules.
