E-Courts Recruitment 2016 Applications Invited for Copyist, Typist and Admin Posts. The Office of the District Judge situated at Berhampur has dispersed a Nation Wide e-courts recruitment notification; this has to be updated over their official web portal. With reference to that notification, they are intending to provide opportunities under group ‘C’ positions for Indian Citizens. The vacant positions in e-Courts are filled on the basis of checking candidate’s character, sound health, physique, knowledge in Oriya language and practical knowledge in computer operations. And also they are free from organic defect.

Those vacancies may be varied based on their actual needs. For appointment the applicants must have passed written examination, skill test (if applicable) and interview or viva voce. Aspirants who are desirous of applying can forward the applications by offline i.e. registered post or speed post. Academic Standards for E-Courts Posts

Applicants for the posts of Junior Clerk, Junior Typist and Stenographer in e-courts recruitment must have qualified in 12th examination conducted by the Council of Orissa Higher Secondary Education. Those candidates are also imparted with a qualification of Diploma in Computer Applications from any reputed Institution.

For the position of Salaried Admin, individuals applying must have passed in Matriculation examination or equivalent from any recognized board. And also they are qualified in Revenue Inspector Training.

Skills Required for e-Courts Vacancies

Aspirants applying for the post of Junior Typist and Stenographer in e-courts must have possessed a minimum typing speed of minimum 40 words per minute. And also for Stenographer designation, he/ she applying must need a minimum speed of 80 words in shorthand.

Age Restriction for E-Courts Recruitment

The persons applying for all the above mentioned positions in e-courts recruitment must have attained a maximum age limit between 18 to 32 years, reckoned as on 6th September, 2016. The age relaxation of 5 years is applicable for SC/ ST/ SEBC/ Women candidates and 10 years for PH categories.

Selection Methodology of e-Courts

The selection procedure of e-courts will comprise of written examination, skill test and viva-voce test (interview). Skill test will be conducted only for the posts of Junior Typist and Stenographer. Original certificates must be submitted at this time of selection.

Copyist, Typist and Admin Posts Test Scheme

In written examination the question paper will include questions from the areas of English, Computer Science, Arithmetic, Technical Knowledge in Survey and Settlement. Honorarium Admissible in e-Courts

The e-court employees for the above mentioned designations will receive a pay scale of Rs.5200-20200/-. Besides the basic pay, they will also accept the additional grade pay of Rs.1900/- for the posts of Copyist & Junior Typist, Rs.2400/- for the post of Stenographer and Rs.2000/- for Salaried Admin post.

Application Procedure of e-Court Posts

Applicants with mere possession of the prescribed qualifications shall send the applications duly filled by their own hand writing, furnishing the required particulars by registered post or speed post.

Intending candidates applying for different posts can drop the application form in the box available in Civil Court Premises on all working days. Present employees can apply for the same through the proper channel.

The self attested documents/ certificates to be enclosed with the application form are fee, mark sheets, passing, experience, shorthand and typewriting course, character, three self signed passport size photographs, two self addressed envelope with postage stamp of Rs.30/-, caste, disability, identity card (sports person and Ex-servicemen), employment registration card and Revenue Inspector Training certificate.

Examination Fee for E-Courts Recruitment

Interested aspirants for the E-Courts Recruitment are required to deposit the examination fee of Rs.100/- by means of Treasury Challan along with the application form. The Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates are waived from the payment of fees.
