District Court Boudh Recruitment 2016 – Vacancies for Junior Clerk, Typist and Amin Jobs. The Boudh Judgeship newly started functioning in October 2012. At present, 7 numbers of Courts are now functioning in the sadar Headquarter stations at Boudh and only one Court i.e. the Court of Civil Judge (J.D)-Cum-J.M.F.C is functioning at Kantamal. From the Office of District Judge, Boudh recently an employment notification has been distributed to inform that the District Court has openings for Junior Clerk, Junior Typist and Amin jobs. Backlog vacancies are also going to be filled through this recruitment and this job comes under the category of Group ‘C’. The job requirements and applying procedure are discussed on below section.

Qualification Required to Apply on District Court Boudh Recruitment
A pass in Higher Secondary (or) equivalent and Diploma in Computer Application from recognized board or institution are the eligible qualification for Junior Clerk/ Junior Typist posts. Typing skill (40 words per minute) is also essential for Junior Typist position.
Individuals those who had passed Matriculation or equivalent and Revenue Inspector Training will be suitable for Amin designation.
Also, applying aspirants must have passed a test in Oriya language which is equivalent to M.E. standard.
The age limits for applying persons should be within 18 to 32 years. The cut-off date for calculating upper age is 1st September 2016. Relaxations may be provided for SC/ ST/ SEBC/ Women/ PH/ Ex-servicemen category applicants as per District Court Boudh recruitment norms.
District Court Boudh Recruitment Selection Criteria
Competitive Examination shall be conducted by District Court Boudh recruitment authorities, for aforementioned posts. Successful candidates in this exam will be invited for Practical Test (Computer Science) and Viva-voce, for Junior Clerk and Junior Typist jobs.
But for Junior Typist post, only after conducting Type Writing Test eligible personnel’s would be intimated about the Practical Test. Only Viva Voce will be conducted for Salaried Amin position, after examination.
Note: Before exam, initial shortlisting may also be done.
Remunerations of District Court Employees
Individuals those who are hired for the jobs of Junior Clerk/ Copyist/ Junior Typist/ Amin shall get salary in range of Rs. 5200 – 20200/- per month. Besides this monthly pay, appointees would also be allotted with Grade Pay and other usual allowances as per rules.
District Court Boudh Recruitment Examination Fee
The examination fee fixed for District Court Boudh recruitment is Rs. 100/-. Candidates belonging to SC/ ST category no need to pay this examination fee.
The fee can be remitted under the head “0070-Other Administrative Services-01-Administration of Justice-501-Services and Service Fees-9904650-Law Department-9916730-Examination Fees for recruitment conducted by Orissa District and Subordinate Courts” using Treasury Challan form download from official site of organization.
Applying Procedure of District Court Boudh Recruitment
Download the prescribed application from official site of District Court Boudh “ecourt.gov.in/boudh”. Duly fill the form in your own handwriting and sign it. Attach the original Treasury Challan form (as applicable) and self attested copies of certificates like Qualification, Experience/ Disability/ Discharge/ NOC (if any), Date of Birth and Caste etc. with the filled-in application.
In addition to this, enclose 3 passport size photographs, 2 character certificates (Mention name & designation of Officers from whom you have received) and 2 self addressed envelopes with postal stamp of Rs. 25/- affixed on it.
Government employees should route their applications through proper channel. Others can send the above documents to “Registrar, Civil Courts, Boudh, 762014, Odisha” through Registered/ Speed Post.
Before last date on any working day, the same enclosures can also be submitted in the drop box of Office. Mention the “Name of Post Applied for_________” clearly on top of envelope, before submitting.
