Eligibility Criteria for Official Positions
The vacancies allotted for the above mentions positions are only suitable for Officers holding analogous post on regular basis under Central or State Government or Autonomous bodies or tribunals.
Applicants for the posts of Director (Administration) and Principal Private Secretary must have possessed 5 years of regular service in pay band-3 with grade pay of Rs. 6600/- and Rs.5400/- respectively.
Aspirants who are applying for the designations of Court Master and Personal Assistant should have completed 5 to 10 years of regular service in pay band-1 of Rs.5200 to 20200/- with grade pays of Rs.4200/- and Rs.2400/- respectively.
For the post of Court Master, the aspirants must hold Bachelors degree from any recognized university or equivalent.
Official Positions Experience Requirements
Five years of experience in the area of Administration, Personnel Management, Establishment, Accounting, protocol etc, is required for the designation of Director (Administration).
For remaining other designations, the applier’s must have typing speed in Stenography of 80 to 120 words per minute in English and also those individuals should have knowledge in computer.
Age Confinement for APTEL Recruitment
The maximum age limit assigned for the individuals applying for APTEL recruitment is capped off at 56 years. The crucial date for calculating the age limit is reckoned as on the closing date of application.
Selection Methodology of APTEL
The selected persons on deputation basis in APTEL are also considered for absorption, based on their performance for the last two years. No travel or dearness allowance will be payable for attending the interview.
Scale of Pay for APTEL Appointees
Appointed persons for the posts of Director (Administration) and Principal Private Secretary in APTEL will receive a pay scale of Rs.15600-39100/-. In addition to that, those candidates will also accept the grade pay of Rs.7600/- for the post of Director (Administration) and Rs.6600/- for the post of Principal Private Secretary.
For the rest of the designations, the designees will accept the pay scale of Rs.9300-34800/- and also additional grade pay of Rs.4600/- and Rs.4200/- respectively.
